Hear what your neighbors are saying about this risky plan by the Town of Jupiter.
“There’s an old saying: if it isn’t broken, don’t fix it. In talking to my fellow residents, we are uniformly pleased with the quality of the rescue services we have received over the years.”

- Bernard Vaughan, Jupiter Resident

"This decision is reckless and clearly demonstrates to your constituents that our voices do not matter to you. For over 40 years, Palm Beach County Fire Rescue has provided exceptional service to our town.”

- Lisa Vreeland, The Heights

“One structure fire in this city would deplete the entire resources of this entire town. 3 engines, two rescues, a ladder, and a battalion.”

- Brian White, 25-year Resident of Jupiter

The current Palm Beach County Fire and Rescue services provided work well and the future costs are known, the move by the Town of Jupiter is nothing more than a risky government power grab justified by false promises and faulty numbers and overlooked costs to taxpayers. This MUST be put to a vote of the people!

"In a packed meeting, those same taxpayers called the decision irresponsible and reckless...
...the new proposed department will not have enough resources in the event of a large structure fire."
